Shark NeverTouch Pro Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum and Mop
Stratos 2-in-1 / NeverTouch Pro
Community verdict
The Shark NeverTouch Pro garners mixed feedback, offering capable hardware alongside frustrating software. Owners consistently highlight the bagless self-emptying base as a major cost-saving perk, while praising the unit's high mop lift height for keeping thick carpets dry. However, recurring complaints point to glitchy application connectivity, lost room maps, and unreliable smart home integrations.

We love how it raises its back end to protect carpets... the shark is unmatched in its lifting capabilities (raises a full 2-3 inches)
We love our never touch pro. It does a great job mopping, and decent vacuuming.
The vacuums themselves seem to do a good job but robot vacuum software is now just as important, and Shark just falls way behind.
The app had been glitchy... However the app is lacking many customization options that you can get with other apps.
