I put the hose guide part in upside down the first time and had to start over. Other than that this is a great outdoor tool
Pic is after owning for more than a year, no problems with sturdiness or breaking so far.
It will not, no matter how you adjust the reel guide reel up the hose uniformly at all.
The product is very poorly made, not very user friendly and overall just a pain to use.
