I love this product and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hassle-free garden hose reel that can cover a large area with ease.
The hose reel guide arrived today, I installed it in about 15 minutes and it is working like new... Absolutely great customer service!!!
It will not, no matter how you adjust the reel guide reel up the hose uniformly at all.
Absolute Chinese junk, Worst thing I have ever bought. Wheels won't stay on, hose reel alignment mechanism broke first time I selected hose direction.
