It's not too heavy, it has great suction and it gets my floors clean. I like that you can see how much filth you've vacuumed up too
The bissell crosswave with hydrosteam is not worth the price. It's a workhorse. it creates steam, but does not steam or sterilize the floor.
The hair does not tangle in the brush and the carpet cleaning on low pile rugs is a huge plus. The mopping is good.
The CrossWaves aren't liked here as they get bunged up pretty quickly and are hard to clean. They work well, they just don't last at all.
