Community verdict
The BISSELL CrossWave offers convenient 2-in-1 sweeping and mopping that works exceptionally well for routine maintenance on hard floors. Buyers appreciate how quickly floors dry compared to traditional mopping and find it helpful for handling daily messes from pets and children. However, many reviewers note that machine maintenance is demanding, as failing to strip down and clean all parts immediately after use causes odors and clogs.

The dirty water tank has to be emptied very often as has a rather small area that the tank can hold
The water just makes the hair wet and stuck inside the machine, which actually just causes more of a headache and more cleaning of the machine itself
