Handles are very comfortable to hold - Good durability with a balanced HRC rating (58 ish) on the blades.
ZWILLING is the premium version that is still made in Germany. Henckels is the more affordable line and are made in China, Japan, and Spain.
I have had the Henckels with the weird looking handles for 15+ years and they are super, super comfortable! No complaints at all
We never used the dishwasher and only hand cleaned them. I was surprised that all the steak knives handle failed and even now the utility knife
