My Weber Spirit II E-310 is hand down the best grill I've ever had, had it for 6ish years and it still burns as hot as the day I got it.
Great grill for the price point. I have done everything from grilling hotdogs to a 15hr smoke with a 9lb pork butt on mine.
The spirit is a damn fine grill for a small family. nice even heating. i upgraded to a Weber stainless steel grate and it's fantastic.
I have the 310, buy 325, much more heat coming from the better modell. I have porblems getting the grill warm enough.
