Travelpro Platinum Elite Large Check-In Spinner
Community verdict
The Travelpro Platinum Elite is widely praised by frequent travelers for its smooth, magnetic-aligning spinner wheels and robust, spacious construction. Buyers appreciate the thoughtful interior organization and the generous lifetime warranty offered on softside models. However, a significant number of reviewers express frustration with unhelpful automated customer service, broken zipper pulls, and wheel replacement difficulties.

the magnetic alignment is legit and the bag rolls very smoothly...almost too smoothly as it will roll away on the slightest incline.
They are built solid and can take a lot of abuse. That bag lasted me 15 years before I replaced it.
I flew to Europe last week and three of the zipper pulls fell off for my first flight. Very disappointing.
I've got several travel pro's luggages and recently found out that customer support is non existent. They don't answer any emails...
