based on comments on Tide's own site, it has been discontinued. I've used that for decades...
detergent is so cloudy I can't see through it at all. it's 'spoiled.' it's no longer clear looking but cloudy, and it smells a bit rancid.
It can help brighten whites and boost detergent but it's not a bleach. I've been using this stuff for years, it's perfectly safe on colors.
Tw/B may be a little more aggressive with its bleaching power but as another poster said…..a little longer/hotter wash
