Stiebel Eltron Tempra 12 Plus Advanced Flow Control And Self Modulating 12 KW 2 34 GPM Residential Electric Tankless Water Heater Tempra 12 Plus
Community verdict
The Stiebel Eltron Tempra Plus series receives mixed feedback, with users divided between its compact efficiency and its output limitations. Satisfied owners praise its low maintenance needs, space-saving design, and the Advanced Flow Control feature that regulates temperature. However, many report that lower-kilowatt models struggle to power multiple fixtures simultaneously, leading to noticeable pressure drops or cold water in colder climates.

I’ve had a Stiebel Ultron instant electric water heater for 12 years now. We love it. Endless hot water. Practically maintenance free.
Advanced flow control is worth it. Similar to the flow control or throttle and in a variety of higher end gas tankless.
The Plus has the Advanced Flow Control which cuts the flwo to maintain temp. it really doesn't keep up with 2 showers without annoyingly ...
Once installed the shower does not stay hot, and when other fixtures are turned on, the shower quickly looses pressure and goes ice cold.
