Sony Xperia 5 J8210 J9210 128GB 6GB RAM 6.1" Unlocked Smartphone
Community verdict
The Sony Xperia 5 series offers a premium, media-focused smartphone experience that appeals strongly to enthusiasts looking for legacy hardware features like a 3.5mm headphone jack and microSD card expansion. Owners consistently praise its sleek form factor, excellent manual camera controls, vibrant display, and top-notch audio quality. However, the device is heavily dragged down by persistent thermal management issues, with many buyers reporting frequent overheating during routine tasks or video recording.

The phone feels great in the hand and expensive as it should for the price. The xperia ui is slick and lightweight...
I've connected my Beyer dynamic reference studio headphones to the 3.5mm jack output and oh wow this phone has clearly been created to excel in audio
There's only two things that annoy me. One is the thermals, this phone gets hot way too much and when it does it burns through the battery.
I purchased the 5 IV and used it for 2 weeks. Returned it due to overheating issues.
