Sony REON POCKET 4
Community verdict
The wearable temperature-control device delivers noticeable localized relief, performing similarly to a cold compress over longer periods. Users appreciate its thermal versatility and effectiveness for managing personal heat sensitivity. However, performance degrades once sweat builds up against the skin plate, and import markups make it relatively expensive.

I’m pleased to report this thing is legit. It’s actually kind of a game changer.
As described, it works just like putting a cold damp towel over your neck and upper back - except it keeps cold for a longer period of time.
Once you sweat and the pad gets wet then the cooling is imperceptible. Bottom line, I'd give this thing 2/4 stars.
It uses a stainless steel plate that comes in contact with the skin that you can manually adjust to cool or warm you.
