Simpson gas-powered washers seem to be well regarded for homeowner-type applications, Lowe's at 3,300 psi (PS3228)
Simpson model PS3228 is 3300 psi, 2.5 GPM. There's an $80 difference in price... $600, gas powered, decent pump
I was originally going to go with the Simpson PS3228, but it seems the general consensus is to go 4GPM+.
