Community verdict
The Shark NeverTouch Pro receives polarizing reviews, offering solid suction performance and a convenient self-emptying base that manages hard floors and pet hair well. Many users highlight its strong raw vacuuming ability and hassle-free daily upkeep. However, significant complaints focus on a highly unreliable companion app, mapping failures, overly wet mopping execution, and hardware reliability issues.

Great vac... The shark is very thorough and doesn’t get stuck... I have 2 cats and hardwood floors and tile downstairs and this keeps the hair off!
Shark software is absolute garbage, and I say that as a Shark owner. I thought I would be able to deal with the limitations, but I regret buying it.
The shark leaves my floors soaking wet. The mop pad is just a flat pad on the robot and has no way of ringing water out of it while cleaning.
It works well overall. It vacuums extremely well and the mopping is decent enough to maintain your floors.
