Saucony Endorphin Speed 4
Community verdict
Based on 13 authentic reviews, the Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 earns a score of 8.4 out of 10 for its fast, responsive nature and durable construction. Runners consistently praise its smooth rocker geometry, lightweight feel, and energetic ride that excels during speedwork and tempo runs. However, multiple reviewers note that it feels noticeably firmer and stiffer than its predecessor, making it less comfortable for slow recovery miles or daily training for pronators.

Great shoe. Honestly, sometimes I can't wear them for easy runs because that foam and rocker make it too tempting to pick up the pace.
Outsole: Super durable. Good grip on concrete and decent grip when wet.
3s seem to have a bit more cushion. I honestly liked them better. 4s feel a bit lighter in the upper and a tad speedier.
This is my first ever plated shoe, and while I had some minor soreness in my calves after the first two times... this faded away.
