Samsung really REALLY needs to rethink these knobs... One of my cats stepped on one of the knobs and turned the burner on high.
It's also the loudest stove I've ever encountered, clicking on and off every 10 seconds. The knobs on my electric stove are super sensitive.
I regret buying his stove. It works fine but if I cant turn it on remotely, what is the point.
I've got the same problem, plus after one year the oven no longer heats up and Samsung will not fix it. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE.
