Community verdict
Buyers frequently praise the range's sleek, modern appearance and useful features like the Flex Duo oven option. However, feedback is heavily negative overall due to widespread reliability and quality control issues. The most common complaints highlight unresponsive touch control panels, delicate glass cooktops that scratch or crack easily, and burner switches that fail and cause temperature control problems.

Aesthetically speaking, I love this range and it fits perfectly into my kitchen. However it wasn’t long into owning it we found the downfall...
The minor issue is that the buttons are touch... They are not very responsive, some (including “start/set”) you have to press multiple times...
The range top switch failed after warranty expired. Front right burner... immediately ramps up to high regardless of the setting it is set to.
First impressions: So far, the Flex-Duo oven seems pretty awesome!
