Nearly instant hot water... This unit provides *warm* water after about 7-8 seconds and is fully heated after 15 seconds.
I tested my neighbors 12 Kw tankless and it did fine with 2 showers on.... living in Florida helps!
when I turn the hot water on at the tub the water pressure seems to drop, hot water will come out for a second or 2 but then comes out warm only.
turns out it was a bad flow sensor so it was turning on and off while water is running. It's being returned.
