I LOVE my 1535. It protects delicate things like cameras and fragile gifts. It is a workhorse that can be filled to the max.
Been having mine for about 5 years and it's been awesome. It is a bit on the smaller side but works well for trips a week or less.
I definitely feel this bag is sturdier than the Monos and I trust Pelican's lifetime warranty over Monos's.
Both bags have a VERY low clearance to the wheels. Both bags are robust, but also clunky and cumbersome.
