It's an awesome grill, it's a very good air fryer, it's a great smoker / baker. This is great for smoking meats.
I highly recommend this smoker because it's just so dang easy and the food tastes amazing.
The NWFG is faster and easier than any pellet grill. Be careful of the smoke though. The small hopper gives off a lot of smoke.
I'd recommend letting the smoker run for about 10 mins after pre-heat... otherwise it will get that white smoke and your food will taste bitter.
