The open-top design is actually really nice. The cleaning cycle is quiet. No scooping. It handles odor really well.
The Neakasa M1 has a more open, roomy feel. generally quieter and less intimidating during cycles.
What stood out immediately is the open-top design. My cat is a solid, stocky gray cat with a broader build, and he jumped in almost right away.
When it rotates, it literally opens space where the waste is, it has very bad smell already in 12hours.
