Milwaukee M18 Brushless SDS-Plus D-Handle Rotary Hammer (2613-20)
Community verdict
The Milwaukee M18 Brushless SDS-Plus D-Handle Rotary Hammer is widely appreciated for its ability to handle tough masonry drilling and light chiseling duties. Users frequently praise its power and versatility for tasks like drilling larger bore holes and chipping away tile or concrete. However, several tradespeople note that its size and weight make it tiring to use for repetitive overhead drilling or smaller, quick tasks compared to lighter compact tools.

Yes it will break up rocks and concrete and tile. It's not just for drilling, it also has a hammer mode. You can use this as a mini jack hammer.
The SDS Plus was the main horse and we went through (2)8.0amp battery cycles with plenty of time to charge between.
Otherwise I have the m18 SDS drill and use it on a bunch of 3/8 and up stuff.
I have the m18 and really only use it for ground rods and some larger bore holes. I would see which one is lighter and go with that...
