The M12 sips battery and punches above its weight... it was the perfect sidearm to drill a couple dozen fairly precise holes for small concrete anchor
The M12 fuel drill and driver will get almost any task done that the m18 can in a more compact and less weight package.
Unless you are using long auger bits through large beams or post this thing does it all. I love mine. Reach for it more than my M18 gen 3
