The most persistent criticism centers on its 25–30 minute warm-up time and slightly lighter build quality compared to top-tier German-engineered alternatives.

The powder coating on the white bianca looks awesome and is scratch resistant and easy to clean. Overall a brillant machine.
Biggest complaint was the slow warm up time. Steam wand is pretty good, Build quality isn't bad, The Bianca is a tad bit cheaper
It's just a great machine. I make 4-6 drinks a day on mine, but not back-to-back. I heard some criticisms of the Bianca for larger groups
The Lelit Bianca V3 also looks great, but less stylish, and it takes 25-30 minutes to warm up properly, especially for milk drinks.
