Le Creuset Signature Round Dutch Oven
Community verdict
Scoring a 9.2, the Le Creuset Signature Round Dutch Oven is widely regarded as an indispensable, top-tier kitchen staple. Reviewers consistently praise its wide searing surface, unmatched versatility across soups, stews, and bread, as well as the brand's responsive customer support and lifetime warranty. However, its premium price tag remains the most common caveat, leading some cooks to consider budget alternatives or second-hand purchases.

Regular is the most versatile … braising, stews, soups, bread baking, steaming, even sautéing in a pinch.
Replying to @Viv yes I spent $400 on a dutch oven and I would do it again. 😀
Asked CS for advice and after 2 emails and 4 pictures, they sent me a brand new one... LC just won all my consideration.
Both do the job but I've noticed my dutch oven from le crueset feels significantly lighter and has less ugly looking enamel drying around the lip.
