j7 so far is exactly as advertised. the object detection/avoidance has been frankly amazing. It can learn up to 10 floors.
The J7+ is my very first robot vacuum, and I can say the experience has been pretty perfect. I'd never know people had so many issues
Cleaning performance is excellent, slick app, and the robot is ingeniously easy to clean. However, mapping our 1000 sqft unit took almost 2 days
Unlike other robot vacs, Roomba's are very modular with repair in mind, so if a part starts to fail it's pretty easy to get a replacement
