Community verdict
Buyers overwhelmingly applaud the solid, all-metal construction as a durable alternative to common plastic fixtures, frequently praising responsive customer support and strong water flow. A smaller subset of owners note frustrating installation instructions, mismatched or small hardware components, and a premium price tag.

The all metal build is legit and it does not feel flimsy or decorative like some others I have tried.
im literally blown away at the quality of your products. Literally almost at any price you cant find this quality anymore.
Pretty sad when you pay for quality and get an Allen key that slips, as it not the right size. Instructions were for a straight head basic set up
Instead, of that decent sized diverter, I received a teeny tiny diverter... If your flagship dual shower heads no longer come with the larger diverter
