There's a pretty strong plastic smell I can't seem to shake. I've run 4-5 brews on both single and carafe and I can't seem to get rid of it.
The only problem with it is the carafe leaks, it has since day one.
The k-cup side of our Flexbrew has given up - complains the needle is plugged even when the needle is removed!
The FlexBrew design had so much promise, but this one flaw is a killer.
