The large burner boils water fine, They are fantastic at finer heat control, but cranked up all the way will not get you screaming hot.
GE PHS930YPFS … loved it. There is no downside at all. More responsive than gas, essentially zero safety hazards.
So far, the induction cooking has been delightful -- quiet, fast, nice range of heat selection. The bridge feature works well too.
