I owned this countertop model for 17 years of nearly daily use without a single problem.
Love this microwave. We had the same model for 10 years and I was delighted that the same model was still available
The controls are mostly easy to use, but less intuitive than my older oven that had potato, beverage, add 30 sec presets
Lastly the push button to open the door is very loose and hangs down which is a bit unsightly and I feel will only lead to dysfunction.
