I'm an intermediate runner and love my 965. It's fantastic. The only drawback is the price.
Longer battery, good sun readability, and indoor readability is never really a problem.
My 965 is the most durable smart watch I've ever owned. All the Garmin I have had seemed very durable.
Decided to go with the 965. Thanks for all your help guys.
