I got about 8 full days with about 4-5 activities ranging from 1-3hrs. 3 of which were outdoor GPS activities.
With good lighting I can easily read the screen without backlight. And indoors or in badly lit conditions the backlight makes it perfectly readable.
It's a little heavy, but I love it. Lighter, better battery and better solar. Its incredible battery life even today brought me joy and amazement.
Fénix 7 pro solar is a great watch. Very tough, great battery, and something you didn't mention.
