Community verdict
Based on 13 authentic reviews, the Ecovacs Deebot T20 Omni scores a 5.8 out of 10 with mixed user sentiment. It can vacuum my entire floor at least as competently as the S5, with the added benefit of being able to mop.
Stay away from the T20 Omni, I have this T20 Omni robot, and at this point I won't recommend it to anyone, because it's terribly buggy.
The obstacle avoidance of the T20 avoids 99% of things and seems to pad far more cautiously than the N8 ...
Great at first, was definitely superior to Roombas jet mop, however, now it's falling apart a few months in..
