EcoSmart 11-kW Tankless Electric Water Heater ECO 11
Community verdict
Based on 7 authentic user reviews, the EcoSmart ECO 11 scores a 6.8 out of 10. Buyers consistently praise its low price tag, compact installation requirements, and solid long-term durability when used for single fixtures or small point-of-use applications. The actual heater is an ecosmart 11, which is 13kW. It cost me $200, but is NOT big enough for the whole house.
I installed an Ecosmart 11 in our house in Pensacola 11 years ago and it's worked fine. it's really not an issue.
So far eco-smart 11 if I want to use one double pole. I see them last the longest without maintenance and their customer support can actually help.
I keep spares for my Ecosmart 11 that heats my kitchen water since nobody has them in stock.
