It was AMAZING to start! Easy to assemble, sleek, and most importantly cleaned carpets and floors well. The difference was night and day!
It has really strong agitation and suction and is a good vacuum IMO. Suction can be too strong for some.
It's a paperweight in a closet. It's heavy, clunky, TOO powerful. Wand hose is terrible and inflexible.
Pretty bulky so it can't go under furniture. It does eat small rugs so not recommended for that.
