So far my thoughts is that the X40 does everything great. Excellent vac, good mopping, cleans edges/corners well, navigates/avoids obstacles ...
What is inexcusable is that the app has ads and promotional offers you can't turn off inside the app.
The X40 is very consistent and reliable at identifying obstacles so I can trust running it on a schedule.
I saw the hundreds of complaints regarding ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, and I can't have a machine COSTING 85k... having no spare parts available.
