They're one of the few US-based manufacturers I've read consistently positive reviews of, and their "cloud nine" cushions are great.
My last couch from Crate & Barrel lasted 25 years!
In my opinion, these are solid timeless pieces and we have been very happy with them.
The couch had a large spring in the center rather than cushioning. It had more of a bouncy affect.
