We stuck with the Comotomo and they've been great for us! Baby uses them all day and still has a wonderful latch and breastfeeding experience.
Only caveat is that the nipples are quite fast flowing so we started our LO in the XS nipple and kept that (until month 6) to make sure he didn't...
Comotomo (the silicone absorbed a soap smell from the dishwasher)...
I was surprised to see that Comotomo recommends replacing the nipples approximately every 3 months and the bottles approximately every 6 months.
