I bought mine 5 years ago and have had great success with it. I've had to replace the heat tents but other than that it has been great.
I like my grill marks dark, and the narrow side tends to concentrate the heat into a smaller area and give better grill marks.
I was impressed with the 4 burner Even Ember grill, seemed taller and very solid, no flexing unlike the char broil.
