Canon's EOS-1D X Mark III is one of the best DSLRs ever made. With fast burst speeds, great video quality and impressive autofocus...
The 1Dx III is by far the better of the two cameras. It has much better AF, which helps a lot in Football and Basketball.
Simply put, the selling point of this camera is not the sensor. It's the speed, build quality, autofocus, connectivity options and reliability.
Between the good out-of-camera image, DPAF, and the glut of codec options, this is gonna be a great camera for an easy video workflow.
