Community verdict
The Camco TastePURE filter is widely regarded as an affordable and effective entry-level filter for RV use, vehicle washing, and filling hot tubs. Users frequently praise its ability to clear up drinking water taste, reduce hard water spotting, and maintain solid water pressure without restricting flow. However, buyers note that it is a relatively basic inline filter with a limited overall lifespan that may still leave trace chlorine behind.

It’s not the worst, but I expected more from the KDF + GAC combo. Still detect some chlorine. Also, the filter doesn’t last 3 months—no way.
