The Breville Smooth Wave is probably the nicest microwave I've used but it's definitely a luxury buy.
Soft close door experience is the standout. The handle and door mechanism feel solid, and the door sort of pulls itself in quietly, no clang.
Firstly, it's a really good microwave, with an inverter which not too many have. It's so much better at reheating, melting, etc because of that.
The soft close feature worked for less than 1 year... but before 3 years the inverter went out making it totally useless.
