Breville Oracle Touch Espresso Machine BES990BSS, Brushed Stainless Steel
Community verdict
The Breville Oracle Touch offers a unique middle ground between super-automatic convenience and semi-automatic quality, making it popular among users seeking fast, low-fuss espresso. Buyers frequently praise its dual boiler performance, seamless touch-screen controls, and automated milk texturing capabilities. However, experienced users and hobbyists routinely point out that the integrated grinder is inconsistent and that long-term durability issues make its steep price tag difficult to justify.

With two boilers it can extract espresso and steam milk at the same time, and you get to choose how automated you want the process to be.
If you are just looking for the fastest/easiest way to get consistently good Americanos, it's hard to beat the Oracle.
I think it's a brilliant idea spoiled by a unacceptably poor grinder. For THAT price I'd want better.
We had 3 Oracle Touches. Each broke down within 2 years. Never again will I buy a Breville.
