I bought this Avalon model in 2021 and have had no issues with it. Hot isn't that hot but i never cared.
It's tasting like dirt. After three months using the Avalon bottom loading water dispenser... I have noticed a dirt taste.
I should mention, it will dispense water just not COLD water.
