Avalon Bottom Loading Water Cooler Dispenser A4BLWTRCLR
Community verdict
While buyers initial praise the convenient bottom-loading design, attractive appearance, and distinct temperature settings, long-term feedback points to major reliability issues. Many users report that the internal cold water tank frequently freezes solid, cutting off flow completely until manually defrosted or repaired. Additional complaints center around an off-putting, dirt-like taste developing over time and unhelpful responses from customer support.

We bought this Avalon bottom loading water cooler five years ago and it's still working. I'm not sure why other people have had bad luck with it
water flow started to become very slow, until it completely stopped. I realized that the water in the internal tank was frozen solid
All units start to develop a moldy smelling and tasting water within 3 months or less.
We've had an Avalon for 3 years and it's been troublesome, do not recommend. The motor had just burned out for the 2nd time.
