I find it very comfortable. I've had the Sven sofa in Charme leather for about 3 years now and it's super soft and mostly down-filled.
Structurally and comfort-wise it is totally fine. My kids have rendered the leather less than perfect and the leather can be hard to clean ...
This is the comfiest sofa I've ever had. The fabric is incredibly soft which gives the couch a really luxurious feeling to be on.
It is very comfortable, but it scratches a little easily. Light scuff are very easy to take care if though with some leather conditioner.
