Community verdict
Based on 50 authentic reviews, the Apple Magic Trackpad (USB-C) earns an 8.7 out of 10. However, many buyers note that it lacks the precision needed for fine cursor work and often functions better alongside a mouse rather than as a complete replacement.

The Magic Trackpad is one of those Apple products that’s easy to overlook, but once you start using it, it’s hard to imagine your desk without it.
It's a big/spacious trackpad, the overall construction is well made, the glass & surface texture feels very nice, and it 'just works' on Macs.
Have been a Magic Trackpad user for years. Helped solve my wrist issues. The gestures make me more productive than a mouse.
Yeah, can see it as a complementary device but every time I've had to use one as the primary, I wanted to throw it at the wall.
