ANC is noticeably better than Pro. Pro 3 have 8 hours of battery life, 2 hours more than Pro 2 regardless of the case battery life.
Microphone is better in outdoor. Way better. When I started the memo app and recorded myself I was amazed...
The AirPod Pro 3s have excellent sound over the 2s... The problem is the 3s have trouble switching between devices...
When you turn it on you will even forget you're wearing them. And also conversation awareness is top notch.
