Community verdict
The dispenser effectively reduces total dissolved solids (TDS) to zero upon initial setup, with users appreciating the included tester meter and large capacity. However, sentiment is heavily weighted down by widespread complaints regarding long-term performance. The most cited issues are an extremely short filter lifespan, high ongoing replacement costs, and an unpalatable acidic or metallic taste that rapidly develops as filters expire.

A brand new ZW filter (after one use) gets water down to 0 ppm. I drink 3 litres to a gallon daily, so am keen on my water being clean.
