1680D nylon is probably tougher than your textile gear. heavy duty YKK zips. It's survived a couple of crashes with no real damage.
I have the global traveller 40l, and I love it. However, it’s heavy as anything. Used it for two trips when one bagging... and it’s fantastic
Inside, the liner is bright yellow and very easy to see your stuff. It feels very solid. The hip belt is comfortable as are the shoulder straps.
The travel bags are well laid out and have good organization... One of my favorite features is how well the straps can be hidden.
